read these conditions carefully, they incorporate the basis upon
which bookings are accepted by YOGYA TOURS INDONESIA
in Price and Itineraries:
Prices are based on tariffs current in the event of fluctuations
in exchange rates or increases affecting the prices we pay for
transportation, hotel accommodation and services generally, we
reserve the right to adjust our prices as may be necessary at
anytime up to and including the day of departure of your tour,
even though the final payment has been made. If we are forced
to change your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our control
(for instance if an airlines changes its timetable or if a hotelier
over books his hotel accommodation), we reserve the right to vary
your itinerary and will give you, or cause to be given to you,
prompt notice thereof. In the event that any one changes or series
of changes to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has hereby
become materially different from that contemplated prior to the
change or changes being effected and in respect of which we have
already accepted your deposit or final payment, you have the right
to withdraw from the tour, and monies already paid will be refunded
in full. With your agreement, we will rearrange your tour by providing
alternative arrangements of, at least, the same standard as the
one originally booked. If, in the likely event we have to cancel
your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because
of events outside our control, we will, if we are able to, offer
you an alternative tour of similar standard. If you do not accept
the alternative, we will refund in full any monies already paid.
It is essential that you check with our agent whether any such
changes or variations have occurred in the tour you have chosen
before you complete your booking.
& Final Payment
A deposit of 20% from the total package price is required at the
time of your booking. The balance of your tour price completing
full payment must reach YOGYA TOURS INDONESIA no later than 30 days
prior to the commenced of your tour. If for any reason your balance
payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above,
we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply
the appropriate cancellation changes.

Bookings may be accepted up to 7days prior to a tour departure
but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and
may be subject to the payment.
Should you, or a member of your party, be forced to cancel, you
must advise us or our agent in writing, and cancellation is not
effective until we receive this letter. If you cancel at anytime
prior to departure the cancellation fee will be US$50 per person
plus any other charges made by hotels, tours, transportation and
flights. If cancellation is made within 21 days of departure,
the fee will be 30% of the cost of the package fare..
After receiving our official confirmation of your tour, any change
of tour, departure date, hotel, type of room, substitution or
reduction of passengers names, will incur a US$50.00 amendment
fee per booking file.
No refunds on unused services.
All booking arrangements are to be made through YOGYA TOURS
INDONESIA. A firm contract will exist between your self and YOGYA
TOURS INDONESIA . The contract will be governed by and subject to
the terms & conditions and the general information contained
in this site. No variation of the tour conditions shall be of any
effect unless made in writing and with the authority of YOGYA TOURS
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE
TIME OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE RELIABLE
TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY..
YOGYA TOURS INDONESIA does not include travel insurance, accident
insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour.
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa
(s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia
must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after
date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements
are not our responsibility or that of your agent.
Included in the Package Fare :
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident
and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages,
laundry service, tips and gratuities and more...
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory
and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss
or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that
of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability
of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent
or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or
other persons providing service in connection with your holiday
pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may
be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon
or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control.
We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable
wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses
or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure
or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable
by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to
war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather,
acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents
to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether
or not involving our employees, and even though such action may
be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
